Stopped by today to rent a climate controlled storage space and was assisted by Stephanie while I was there. She was very nice and extremely helpful. I felt that the facility was secure enough to store my belongings so I decided to go through with the rental. Thank you Stephanie!

** clearly from Laurie’s response to this she is a very sad old woman who has mental issues. Work on your people skills. **Absolutely DISGUSTED with how Laurie treated my mother today. It’s been about 2 months since she moved here and she has yet to receive a working code to get access to her storage. She has been using the managers code because hers doesn’t work and she went in today to figure out what is going on since no one will answer calls or even email her back and Laurie decided to verbally assault my mother just because she is from California.. only reason she moved out here was to help me with my children because military life is super hard. She dropped EVERYTHING FOR ME and Laurie really went off on her and told her she is sick of Californians moving out here but guess what it’s not just Californians moving out here and that’s not how you treat people.. the amount of disrespect this woman showed my mother is very upsetting.

I was verbally harassed by the "Manager" Laurie today. We just moved here from California. We have had nothing but issues with this storage facility from day 1. I have had to go in twice now to even communicate with them. Cannot pay online, the main facility cannot locate my account, do not have working gate code. What are we to do??? I asked her this and she calmly said to me she has never in her 30 years had anyone speak to her this way. What would they have done in California? I explained they would have answered the phone and responded to emails. She continued to tell me her husband was an officer in the military and that she has never been spoken to this way. I was completely calm but deserved answers. She was clearly disgruntled in her position the 1st time I came in and again today even telling me to report her she didn't care. I said maybe this isn't the facility for us an she said maybe it isn't. I have ready many reviews about moving to TN and until today had not experienced anyone but treating us with the kindest welcome until today. Laurie proceeded to tell me that her and her husband are tired of Californians coming to their state and they are wanting to move. She began to apologize but never resolved any of my issues. I asked her if I could tell her something as I was beginning to cry at this point, I told her that until today, I had not been treated but with the most welcoming kindness by everyone we have come into contact with since we have been here. Turned around and walked out.I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.I AM STILL WAITING FOR MANAGMENT TO CALL ME!!!!

Non existent auto pay and a rude manager. We were there for 4 months and they never got it right. No one is ever there during office hours. Very unprofessional location manager called my husband and berated him for leaving a complaint with corporate. I doubt corporate ever got the message, apparently it stopped with the manager he was complaining about. Take your business elsewhere. It's not worth dealing with these people. He never threatened anyone. I was sitting next to him and that's a lie.

I have rented here for about a year. Never had any issues! Securing the unit was easily done online and the owners take good care of the location. They are very attentive. I know my things are safe here. Thank you for the great service and peace of mind.

The manager is VERY RUDE. I called up there to ask why she charged a card that shouldn’t even be on my account but she kept talking over me so I stated that she was being rude, her response was “I enjoy being rude” -Laurie Alexander on a recorded call, she hung up on me when I asked for her name to contact my lawyer. According to her the owners don’t wish to give out their names. This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not store your belongs there if you expect them to be safe. She threatened to remove my belongings and gave me 2 days to get my things AFTER charging the WRONG CARD ON FILE. I had to call the police to the site. She claims I threatened her, but I have no charges against me. The officer told me by law I have to right to remove my belongs and they are now denying me access.

Have been doing business here for almost a year. Very nice and clean facility. Easy access in and out. No issues. No problems. Will continue to lease with this business. Highly recommend.
