Good customer service. Reasonable prices to begin. However there was a price increase that came out of nowhere which we could do nothing about. So it was either accept the price increase or remove your storage items.

We rented a climate controlled unit. It was very easy to access, load and unload. It was clean. And they must spray often because the rare bug we saw was dead. I always felt safe. They have lots of security cameras. Setting up the account, starting and ending the rental were all straight forward. All communications were responded to quickly and helpfully. It was a very good overall experience.

The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. The process was straightforward and simple enough and pricing is reasonable. They do not take cash payments but you are able to pay the rent online without creating a login. However, the climate controlled units building is not that cool inside,it is just not as hot as standard outdoor unit. I wouldn't put anything that can melt easily. And the information and inquiry office is only at one location, not at all Clarksville locations.

I’ve had a unit at Clarksville Self Storage for a couple months now. Here’s what I’ve noticed:- The site is always clean and secure.- The office staff always answers the phone.- The after hours phone number works, gets answered by a live person & is extremely helpful.- The online portal is pretty easy to use when making payments or adding units.- The whole rental process is simple, straightforward, and there’s no hidden fees.(Just like most other storage facilities, you ARE required to have SOME kind of insurance coverage, but if you don’t have your own they offer it for a very reasonable rate of around $10/month or so.)Today I called the office to ask:1. Can I move to a larger unit in the same building?2. How much the larger unit would cost.3. If the funds I’ve prepaid into my account for my current unit could be transferred and applied to my new unit.I spoke with FRIEDA, who was extremely helpful. She informed me of the cost of a larger unit, and let me know it would be no problem to add that unit to my account and close out my old one.My funds would still apply to my new contract, and all of my account details, gate code and payment date would stay the same.(Hallelujah)I agreed, and chose a larger unit that was a few units closer to the door. She sent over the updated contract and I signed and initialed it right then with her still on the phone. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes.Frieda, and Clarksville Self Storage as a whole, have exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service and communication. It’s so nice to do business with people that are easy to work with, and show that they care with the way they handle customers.

After 7 months they unilaterally jacked up our rent to 20%.. not cool 😡. You may want to look 👀 around..

The storage was secure and safe. Would have wanted an office on site but the 201 Terminal drive location does not have one. Nor does it have indoor restrooms. There are portajohns available. I used an indoor climate controlled unit. The unit was very clean.

I rented a unit a couple of weeks ago, an indoor climate controlled unit. The rental process was easy, but right after I finished moving everything in, I saw this giant roach crawl out of the unit next door to me. I immediately went and got roach traps and put them out, and the next day, when I went back to check them, they did have roaches in the trap.I called multiple times trying to get ahold of the office staff to resolve this issue, and I received no answer to my phone calls until September 2nd. This person stated they were not the manager, but the manager would call me back at 9:30 the next morning (9/3) as the manager was only there during business hours. At no point this week did I receive any sort of contact from anyone.I am waiting for my apartment to be remodeled, so the majority of my belongings are in this storage unit. I now have to pay for pest control, and I have not gotten even an apology from them, only that they won't be doing pest control while we are there nor will they reimburse me for the pest control I now have to pay for, or give me any sort of discount or refund for the unit.I would highly recommend them if you are okay with roaches! The rental process was super easy and the access hours are awesome (6am to 10pm) but unfortunately the lack of pest control and response time to issues is horrific.

15:46 16 Aug 24

Highly would not recommend, they let people come and raid your storage and refused to help. They were informed that people were breaking locks off units and taking things out of them and refuse to warn the customers that keep their belongings there. My unit has always been locked. Someone cracked the lock broke into my storage and stole all my tennis shoes. The storage manager refused to help me with the police report or to help me at all. Highly do not recommend.

This storage facility is not properly managed for potential tenants, and I'm assuming current tenants.I have called 3 times now for an inquiry and rudely given the same answer to all questions i had. "You're on the waiting list"1. How long is the waiting list?(I could be 3rd on the waiting list or 30th, which is an extreme difference)2. Is there any tentative time you believe this may open up?3. I drive passed this location everyday, the lot seems pretty empty. Are you sure there is nothing available?4. Can you please try and escalate this to "local" support? (The person answering the phone does not reside at the location i am inquiring about)5. Can i have a managers email? (was denied this request)If i were this owner i would be less then please or satisfied with the service that is being given to customers. This only leads to customers lost, bad reviews and the big one Money lost!

I checked on my travel trailer, I found broken glass/debris around it. It doesn't seem to be mine. It just makes me feel uneasy on what goes on here. I hope all is secured better than it seems.

We had 2 climate controlled units. We were not totally happy when we first rented it because it was extremely hot and humid but after what seemed like a management change it was a little better. I will say that do take security seriously. The building was well maintained.

The only thing I had an issue with was the code. The code wouldn’t work for around 3 hours when it said up to a few minutes. (I’m also not very familiar with these kinds of things anyways.) We called the store manager and she got it taken care of for us at her earliest convenience. She was very sweet. For that, I give 5 stars.

The gate has been broken for months. It’s stays wide open 24hrs a day. Anyone can go in there and vandalize your RVs and break into units. The fence behind the RV parking has had the razor wire torn down for almost a year now. It’s very disappointing that our stuff isn’t secured. Go rent somewhere else.

Setting up went well. For the last month or more of our time there, the security gate was always open and would not close. That is obviously not secure! There never seemed to be any attempt to fix it. We were glad we no longer needed the storage unit!
